Phase 1 of AccessMyUtility-Mobile Delivered
You spoke . . . we listened.
Building on the strong demand for our web-based customer self-service portal solution, we recently rolled out Phase I of our new AccessMyUtility – Mobile solution to three clients: Bandera Electric Cooperative, Great Lakes Energy, and United Cooperative. The new solution requires existing participation in eBusiness and will provide utility customers with the ability to view and pay billings that are due via smart phone or other mobile device, such as a tablet or iPad. The application helps deliver the mobile self-service today’s customers demand, while also reducing payment burdens.
Additional AccessMyUtility-Mobile features will be designed and developed after Phase I deployments, so stay tuned for additional updates. We will also provide AccessMyUtility-Mobile demonstrations at Daffron UGM 2013 in September. Be sure to join us!
