Ozarks Electric Cooperative Implements Updated Daffron eBusiness System for Consumers

The entire Daffron team would like to congratulate Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corp. on its recent successful implementation of Daffron’s latest eBusiness solution, representing a major step forward in Ozarks’ overall consumer self-service strategy.  eBusiness is Daffron’s solution that allows consumers to perform critical self-service activities, such as web-based payment, billing history access, and usage reporting.  Ozarks expects to meet several goals with the eBusiness suite.

  • Enhanced “look and feel” for consumers
  • Support for multiple profiles and sub accounts
  • Ability for in-house configuration
  • Improved database integration
  • Better history displays with detailed drill-down capabilities
  • Administrative dashboard/metrics
