- The Transportation system will automatically validate any vehicle number entered using the Material Issues and Returns option in the
Inventory system.

- The Work Order system will validate any Work Order number entered in the Inventory system.

immediately or at Month Close.

file with the Units to Material system.
- The Units to Material system will automatically update the Inventory system with items charged out or returned.
- The Inventory system will send all journal entries to General Ledger. The user decides if these entries are made in detail or in summary.
- The General Ledger system will validate all general ledger account numbers entered into the Inventory system and verify that the Inventory
system has been closed before the General Ledger system is closed.
- The Accounts Receivable Resale Program charges items out of inventory to reduce item quantities and values.
- The Inventory system will validate all item numbers and non-stock item numbers and share all pricing information with the Accounts Receivable
Resale program.
