• Original Asset Entry in the Fixed Assets system can be accessed while entering invoices for purchased items in the Accounts Payable system. This will allow for simultaneous entry of asset information as invoices are entered for the purchased items.
• The Work Order system will send all CPR transactions for closed work orders to Fixed Assets during Work Order Month Close.
• The General Ledger system will automatically validate all general ledger numbers entered into the Fixed Assets system.
• The Fixed Assets system automatically sends journal entries to General Ledger.
• Fixed Assets sends new purchases to Transportation and sends monthly depreciation to Transportation.
