Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable seamlessly interfaces with parts of the Consumer Information, Financial Management, and Materials Management applications
  • Any vehicle number entered in the Accounts Payable system will automatically be validated by the Transportation system.
  • By attaching a unit number to an invoice in the Accounts Payable system, the user is given additional fields needed by Transportation system for automatic update of Transportation.
  • The Inventory system will validate all purchase order numbers entered into the Accounts Payable system and share General Ledger information from the purchase order (but still allow the Accounts Payable clerk to change that information).
  • When a purchase order number is entered on an invoice, an automatic spread of the invoice information is sent to the Purchase Order.
  • The Work Order system will automatically validate any work order numbers entered into the Accounts Payable system.
  • All work order information entered into the Accounts Payable system will be automatically updated in the Work Order system.
  • The Consumer Accounting system will automatically create temporary vendors and pass credit balances as invoices to the Accounts Payable system as well as invoices for deposits and memberships applied.
  • Invoice Entry allows for simultaneous entry of asset information when entering invoices for the purchased items and automatically update the Fixed Asset system.
  • All General Ledger entries from the Accounts Payable system are transferred to General Ledger.
  • The Payroll system will automatically send invoice information for deductions and taxes to the Accounts Payable system.
  • The Accounts Payable system will validate any vendor number that is entered into the Payroll system.
