NOVEC Earns Highest Marks in J.D. Power & Associates Residential Customer Satisfaction Study


Daffron would like to extend congratulations to Manassas, VA-based NOVEC, a valued customer of our Consumer Information System (CIS) software since 2003. According to the study, NOVEC scored 714 points on a 1,000 point scale – highest in the midsize south region – in overall customer satisfaction. Components of customer satisfaction in the study included power quality and reliability; price; billing and payment; communications, corporate citizenship and customer service.
